SMALL PART OF NORTHWEST KANSAS
MUCH OF WESTERN NEBRASKA INCLUDING THE PANHANDLE
PARTS OF SOUTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA
EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 135 PM UNTIL
900 PM CDT.
