  FROM WENDOVER TO 15 MILES SOUTH OF CLIVE TO 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  DUGWAY...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM WENDOVER TO 28 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF DUGWAY TO 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DUGWAY...AND MOVING
