MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS IN PLACE AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM...AND THE
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT OF A VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL TROUGH...THUNDERSTORMS
ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP. THERE IS A MODERATE RISK THAT STORMS WILL
