ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES POSSIBLE AT SOME LOCATIONS. PONDING OF WATER ON ROAD SURFACES...ESPECIALLY THOSE IN LOW LYING AREAS...COULD CAUSE HYDROPLANING...CAN BE EXPECTED WHEREVER HEAVY RAIN FALLS. MORE SIGNIFICANT FLOODING POSSIBLE ACROSS AREAS WHERE SEVERAL INCHES HAVE PREVIOUSLY FALLEN SINCE SUNDAY...WHERE THE GROUND IS ALREADY SATURATED. INCREASED RUNOFF WILL LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
