AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT ACROSS THE FOUR STATE REGION. THE PRIMARY
HAZARD WILL BE LOCALLY STRONG WINDS. STORMS MAY ALSO PRODUCE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL TOP OUT AROUND 100 DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON
ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA.
