RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING WILL ONCE AGAIN BE POSSIBLE IF THIS
HAPPENS.

MODERATE TO MAJOR RIVER FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG PARTS OF THE
MISSISSIPPI AND ILLINOIS RIVERS. SEE THE APPROPRIATE FLOOD
