A SECOND COLD FRONT WILL EXIT THE AREA THIS MORNING. BEHIND THIS
FRONT...INCREASING NORTHWEST WINDS TO 15 TO 20 MPH WILL USHER IN
AN UNSEASONABLY COLD AIR MASS ORIGINATING FROM CANADA. GUSTS TO
AROUND 30 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THE LATE MORNING THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON...PROMPTING ISSUANCE OF A LAKE WIND ADVISORY.

COLD CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE WILL LEAD TO RECORD LOW FREEZING
TEMPERATURES ACROSS MUCH OF INTERIOR NORTHEAST FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST
