200 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED BUT VERY
HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL ACCOMPANY THESE STORMS. LOCALIZED FLOODING
COULD RESULT IN THE HEAVIEST STORMS. STORMS SHOULD DIMINISH BY EVENING.
