* AT 812 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE
  TRACKING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS
  DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED 21 MILES WEST OF MADISON...OR 18 MILES
  SOUTH OF COTTONWOOD FALLS...MOVING EAST AT 27 MPH.
