SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT THE WESTERN CAROLINAS AND
NORTHEAST GEORGIA AGAIN TODAY. THE MAIN THREATS WITH THESE STORMS
WILL BE FROM FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL. HOWEVER...ISOLATED SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
THE FORM OF DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.
