EASTERLY UPSLOPE FLOW WILL BRING PLENTY OF MOISTURE INTO THE REGION AS A WARM FRONTAL BOUNDARY PUSHES NORTH ACROSS THE TRI-STATE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. THE GREATEST INSTABILITIES AND SHEAR WILL BE ALONG AND NORTH OF THE FRONT.
