PASSED THROUGH THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE COMBINATION OF
VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND 10 TO 20 MPH WINDS WILL CREATE WIND CHILL
VALUES AS LOW AS 35 BELOW ZERO AFTER DARK TONIGHT. A WIND CHILL
WATCH IS IN EFFECT TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. SCATTERED AREAS
OF LIGHT SNOW WILL OCCUR TODAY IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT.

BITTER COLD WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE SUNDAY AND MONDAY AS
