BEFORE EXPANDING RAPIDLY NORTH AND EAST. TWO TO THREE INCHES ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE WESTERN MISSOURI RIVER CORRIDOR WITH GREATEST AMOUNTS CLOSER TO THE NEBRASKA BORDER.
