ONE TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE ARROWHEAD. GUSTY WINDS WILL REMAIN THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON WITH LOCALIZED BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW...ESPECIALLY ON SECONDARY ROADS.
