A STRONG UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM IS MOVING INTO CENTRAL TEXAS AND COMBINING WITH A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS OVER SOUTH TEXAS TO PRODUCE SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON. THERE WILL BE STRONG WIND SHEAR IN THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE LEADING TO THE FORMATION OF SUPERCELLS AND THE THREAT OF ISOLATED TORNADOES.
