ALTHOUGH THE EXCESSIVE HEAT CRITERIA IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE REACHED...RESIDENCE AND VISITORS ARE URGED TO DRINK PLENTY OF LIQUID IN ORDER TO STAY HYDRATED AND TO USE CAUTION WHEN ENGAGED IN OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES THIS AFTERNOON.
