SWD MOVING OUTFLOW BOUNDARY OVER W TX EARLY THIS MORNING.  WW MAY
BECOME NECESSARY IF REGIONAL RADAR TRENDS SUGGEST GREATER COVERAGE
FOR A SEVERE THREAT.

PANHANDLE/WRN OK AND TX S PLAINS MCS EXTENDED FROM BOW ECHO OVER THE
ERN TX PANHANDLE SWWD TO JUST S OF LBB AND INTO YOAKUM COUNTY TX AND
NRN LEA COUNTY NM.  ELEVATED TSTMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP JUST N OF
THIS BOUNDARY...WITH RECENT INCREASE IN TSTM INTENSITY NOTED ACROSS
LUBBOCK TO FLOYD COUNTIES.  THIS APPEARS TO HAVE OCCURRED IN
RESPONSE TO OUTFLOW BOUNDARY MOVING THROUGH MODERATELY UNSTABLE
INSTABILITY AXIS...WHICH EXTENDED FROM SERN NM NEWD INTO SWRN OK. 
FURTHER TSTM DEVELOPMENT IS LIKELY AS THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY CONTINUES
TO MOVE THROUGH THIS INSTABILITY AXIS DURING THE NEXT 2-3 HOURS. 
STEEP MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES AND EFFECTIVE BULK SHEAR VALUES OF 30-40
KT WILL SUPPORT STORM ORGANIZATION AND A THREAT FOR ISOLATED
HAIL/STRONG WIND GUSTS.
