IA...EWD ALONG THE WI/IL BORDER AS SUSTAINED LOW LEVEL WARM
ADVECTION APPEARS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONVECTION ROUGHLY 100 MI
NORTH OF WARM FRONT.  A SLIGHT NWD RETREAT ACROSS CNTRL IA MAY
RESULT IN NWD-NEWD DEVELOPMENT INTO SRN WI/LOWER MI OVER THE NEXT
