A COLD FRONT WILL BE CROSSING EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, NEW JERSEY,
DELAWARE AND NORTHEAST MARYLAND THIS MORNING BEFORE MOVING OFF THE
COAST EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. AS THE FRONT MOVES THROUGH, A SHORT
PERIOD OF HEAVY RAIN ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS TO 35 MPH MAY OCCUR AS
THE WINDS SHIFT FROM SOUTH TO WEST.

THE RAPID SHIFT IN THE WINDS ALONG WITH THE HEAVY RAIN COULD
IMPACT MOTORISTS AND ESPECIALLY HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
