UPPER RIDGE BREAKS DOWN LATE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY AS CLOSED LOW OVER THE MIDWEST BECOMES A SLOW MOVING OPEN TROF AND MOVES THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES BY TUESDAY.
