ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...MAINLY FROM THE DAVIS
MOUNTAINS TO THE PRESIDIO VALLEY AND BIG BEND REGION...AND OVER THE
WESTERN LOW ROLLING PLAINS...EASTERN PERMIAN BASIN AND LOWER TRANS
PECOS...COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.  THIS MAY RESULT IN
MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
OTHERWISE...GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH...SMALL HAIL AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS.
