.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTH OVER THE MID ATLANTIC TODAY.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP OVER
CENTRAL VIRGINIA AND LOWER SOUTHERN MARYLAND THIS AFTERNOON.
SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO DEVELOP. ISOLATED
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. ANY SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING
WIND GUSTS AND HAIL.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC RIVER
AND THE MARYLAND PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY LATER THIS MORNING
