THE RISK AREA IS MAINLY NORTH OF A LINE FROM VILLAGE MILLS TEXAS TO OPELOUSAS LOUISIANA. LARGE HAIL...WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH AND ISOLATED TORNADOES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE RISK AREA.
