CONTINUE TO BE...SLOW MOVING...AND THEREFORE ARE CAPABLE OF CAUSING
LOCALIZED FLOODING.

FLOOD WARNINGS ARE ALREADY IN EFFECT FOR PART OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
AND WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING OVER MOST AREAS THROUGH
