35 MPH AND WILL REACH A LINE FROM APPLE SPRINGS TO LAKE LIVINGSTON
TO JUST WEST OF CLEVELAND BY 4 AM. FREQUENT LIGHTNING...WIND GUSTS
TO 40 MPH...HEAVY RAINFALL...AND SMALL HAIL ARE LIKELY WITH THESE
STORMS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE 1/2 TO 1 INCH WITH ISOLATED
TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE.
