A FEW OF THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE PAST MIDNIGHT. A FEW STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN THAT WILL CAUSE ARROYOS AND SMALL STREAMS TO QUICKLY FILL OR RUN HIGH WITH FAST FLOWING WATER.
