THE FOCUS FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN SHIFT EAST...AFFECTING AREAS FROM HEARNE TO PALESTINE DURING THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON. FOR THE BULK OF NORTH TEXAS...THE PRECIPITATION EARLY IN THE DAY WILL LIMIT FURTHER CONVECTION AND THUS DIMINISH THE SEVERE THREAT. ONE INCH DIAMETER HAIL AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 65 MPH WILL BE THE MAIN SEVERE WEATHER THREATS TODAY. EVEN THOUGH THE OVERALL INTENSITY OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL DIMINISH AS THE DAY PROGRESSES...LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS AS LITTLE AS 1 TO 2 INCHES COULD RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...
