* AT 659 AM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE FLASH FLOODING FROM
  RAINS OVER REAL AND UVALDE COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO RIO FRIO
  AND GARNER STATE PARK
