* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BANDERA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...VANDERPOOL...MEDINA...BANDERA...

* UNTIL 545 AM CDT

* AT 341 AM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE FLASH FLOODING FROM
  THUNDERSTORMS OVER BANDERA COUNTY.

* THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF BANDERA COUNTY.

ONLY LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS WERE INDICATED...HOWEVER...FLASH
