* AT 801 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 15 MILES WEST OF
  CENTERVIEW...OR 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WINDHORST...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 40 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
