* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN STAFFORD COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...ZENITH...STAFFORD...NEOLA...

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 826 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM
  OVER THE WARNED AREA.

AT 8:30 PM CDT...THE STAFFORD COUNTY SHERIFF DISPATCHER REPORTED 
WATER OVER THE ZENITH ROAD SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 50...WITH RADAR 
ESTIMATES OF THREE INCHES OR MORE OF RAINFALL HAVING FALLEN WITHIN 
THE PAST 3 HOURS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE 
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.  

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY.
