AT 1213 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE AN INTENSE...PERSISTENT SNOW BAND LOCATED ALONG OR JUST SOUTH OF A LINE EXTENDING FROM CURWENSVILLE...PHILLIPSBURG TO STATE COLLEGE AND POTTERS MILLS. LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW SQUALLS EMBEDDED WITH THE INTENSE SNOW BAND WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH 1245 AM. THE SNOW WILL RAPIDLY DROP VISIBILITIES IN THE SQUALL TO LESS THAN A HALF OF A MILE.
