WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR CANOE...OR ABOUT
7 MILES WEST OF METTER...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

AREAS IN AND AROUND METTER AND PULASKI WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 1000
