AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER DEEP SOUTH TEXAS AT TIMES
THROUGH TONIGHT. THE HEAVIER SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE
LOCALIZED FLOODING. IF YOU ENCOUNTER WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH WHILE
