THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR A FEW HOURS OF HEAVIER SNOWFALL THIS EVENING. THIS IS MOST LIKELY FROM THE FOOTHILLS SOUTHWEST OF DENVER ACROSS THE PALMER DIVIDE AREA TO NEAR LIMON. ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH TONIGHT WILL GENERALLY BE 4 TO 8 INCHES IN THE MOUNTAINS AND 2 TO 4 INCHES ON THE PLAINS. A WEAK WEATHER SYSTEM MOVING OUT OF A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OVER THE SOUTHWEST WILL PRODUCE THE SNOWFALL. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY THE DEEP TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE GREAT BASIN WILL MOVE LITTLE THROUGH MONDAY. THIS WILL LEAD TO A CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. A DISTURBANCE MAY EJECT OUT OF THE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH AND MOVE ACROSS THE REGION MONDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY WHICH MAY PRODUCE A CHANCE OF SNOW OVER NORTHEAST COLORADO. DRIER WEATHER IS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE ANOTHER SYSTEM BRINGS A CHANCE OF SNOW TO THE MOUNTAINS WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
