NEW YORK AND PENNSYLVANIA BORDER. THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING SEVERE WIND GUSTS AND LARGE HAIL.

THUNDERSTORMS COULD DOT THE AREA MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
ISOLATED SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE...WITH STRONG WINDS THE MAIN

IT WILL BE HOT AND HUMID MONDAY AND TUESDAY. IN HIGHLY
URBANIZED...NORMALLY WARMER AREAS...HIGHS IN THE MID 90S ARE
