SEVERE TSTMS TNGT IN ERN ZONES...ALLOWING FOR POSSIBILITY OF DRYLINE
RETREATING DURING EARLY EVE.  ISOLATED CONVECTION OCCURRING OVER ERN
NM AT THIS TIME...WHERE COLDER TEMPS AND STRONGER WINDS ALOFT ARE
ASSISTING DEVELOPMENT.  ASSOCIATED CDFNT WILL MAKE HEADWAY INTO WRN
