THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH AND CENTRAL
NEW MEXICO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND EAST OF THE CENTRAL
MOUNTAIN CHAIN FROM THE COLORADO BORDER SOUTHWARD TO NEAR MORIARTY
THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE. A
WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THESE AREAS THROUGH 4 PM. MOTORISTS
TRAVELING ALONG THESE AREAS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION. WATCH FOR
CROSS WINDS ESPECIALLY ON NORTH TO SOUTH ORIENTED ROADWAYS AND BE
ALERT FOR AREAS OF BLOWING DUST.

ADDITIONALLY...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES COMBINED WITH THE STRONG
WINDS WILL CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ALONG AND EAST
OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN. A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR
THESE AREAS FROM 11 AM THROUGH 4 PM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ONCE AGAIN ON SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY MAINLY ACROSS EASTERN NEW MEXICO WHEN ANOTHER STRONG UPPER
LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE AREA.
