ELEVATED FIRE DANGER WILL REMAIN OVER THE AREA THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS DUE TO EXTREMELY HOT TEMPERATURES AND VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES. IN ADDITION...A WIND SHIFT WILL OCCUR TONIGHT TURNING WINDS TO THE NORTH AS A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE REGION. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL STALL OVER CENTRAL AND WEST CENTRAL TEXAS. THIS WILL COMBINE WITH UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES AND RESULT IN THE POSSIBILITY FOR THUNDERSTORMS TO APPROACH SEVERE LEVELS. THE MAIN CONCERNS WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.
