SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR COVINGTON
CITY EASTWARD ACROSS THE SOUTHERN SHENANDOAH VALLEY...AND INTO THE
LYNCHBURG...APPOMATTOX AND BUCKINGHAM AREAS. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING
TO THE EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE STORMS WILL BRING BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...SMALL HAIL...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING TO LOCATIONS THEY
PASS OVER...AND A FEW MAY STRENGTHEN ENOUGH TO PRODUCE PENNY SIZED
OR LARGER HAIL. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY SHOULD BE EAST OF BUCKINGHAM
COUNTY BY 1:00 AM.
