THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHWEST PIEDMONT AND NORTHERN TIER COUNTIES ALONG THE VIRGINIA
BORDER HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED SOME LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OVERNIGHT.
MORE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE EXPECTED LATER THIS
