SOUTHEASTERN BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 745 PM EDT * FLASH FLOODING OF ROADS AND SMALL STREAMS IS ONGOING AROUND THE SHILLINGTON AREA. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE APPROACHING FROM THE WEST WILL ADD TO THE RUNOFF. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADS.
