PHILADELPHIA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA * UNTIL 715 PM EDT * AT 412 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO TRACK A TORRENTIAL RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORM.
