WESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 645 PM EDT * AT 345 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA.
