CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 400 AM EDT * AT 1154 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING WAS ONGOING AROUND THE COUNTY. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ALL LOCATIONS ABOUT THE COUNTY ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL EXACERBATE ONGOING FLOODING... AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF AN INCH IS POSSIBLE. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FROM CARBON COUNTY REPORTED NUMEROUS EVACUATIONS AROUND THE COUNTY.
