BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF READING * UNTIL 415 AM EDT WEDNESDAY * AT 959 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL THAT LIKELY WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO STRAUSSTOWN...LENHARTSVILLE...KUTZTOWN...HAMBURG...FLEETWOOD AND LEESPORT ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA.
