* AT 913 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  RAINFALL CAPABLE OF GENERATING FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO POCONO
  PINES...MOUNTAINHOME AND MOUNT POCONO

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE 
WARNED AREA.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
