PERIODS OF MVFR OR IFR TO FKL.

MORNING FOG HAS APPEARED DROPPING MANY AIRPORTS INTO MVFR OR IFR
CONDITIONS. THE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF AFTER SUNRISE GIVING PRIMARILY
