BASIN...AND THE WESTERN LOW ROLLING PLAINS...GENERALLY ALONG AND
RIGHT OF A TATUM...HOBBS...KERMIT...BIG LAKE LINE. SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED IN THESE AREAS TONIGHT...WITH A FEW OF
THESE STORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL

SOUTHWESTERN WINKLER COUNTIES.

ONE STRONG THUNDERSTORM THAT WAS ONCE SEVERE IS LOCATED 11 MILES
EAST OF MENTONE AT 550 PM CDT...MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH.  ANOTHER
STRONG THUNDERSTORM IS LOCATED ALONG FM 652 IN NORTHWESTERN WARD
COUNTY 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF ORLA ALSO MOVING TO THE NORTH AT ABOUT
20 MPH.  BOTH STORMS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE HEAVY
RAINFALL...LOCALIZED FLOODING...SMALL HAIL...AND GUSTY WINDS IN
UPWARDS OF 50 MPH.
