EVENING ACROSS THE FAR SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO PLAINS...THE PERMIAN
BASIN...AND THE WESTERN LOW ROLLING PLAINS...GENERALLY ALONG AND
RIGHT OF A TATUM...HOBBS...KERMIT...BIG LAKE LINE. SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED IN THESE AREAS TONIGHT...WITH A FEW OF
THESE STORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
ALSO ACCOMPANY ANY THUNDERSTORM THAT DEVELOPS.
